If you’re anything like me, you love chocolate but have read about … and are staying away from … all the fats, sugars and fillers associated with it.

Are you bombarded every day with come-ons to buy new and improved products that will restore your health instantly? Me too! If there is one thing I’ve learned in my health research it’s this …

***************************************************

IT’S ALL IN YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM

***************************************************

Did you know that 70% of your immune system can be found in your digestive tract? It’s true! Just the act of chewing thoroughly improves and strengthens your ability to fight colds, flu and even diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure, even cancer.

Remember that saying, “When you’ve got your health you have everything?” Boy, that couldn’t be more true now that I’m almost 60. But I’ve learned one crucial fact that has helped me turn my high blood pressure and low back pain around …

It’s all in your immune system and it’s all about antioxidants and probiotics.

*****************************************************

ANTIOXIDANTS AND PROBIOTICS ARE KEY

*****************************************************

Just last year I found a way to combine my adoration of all things chocolate with the immune boosting power of antioxidants and probiotics and I’d love to tell you more about it.

I don’t want you to buy anything. This email is just to give you more information about healthy dark chocolate, what antioxidants can do for you, and how easy it is to get 200 million life saving probiotics into your system … in one sweet treat.

Hi All:

It’s been a few weeks since I last blogged and that’s because my schedule was upside down. Making ends meet isn’t just about money; it’s also about time.

People are scrambling. Whether you have a traditional job — my father in law can’t get his head around my self-employment — or are facing a layoff or are self employed, times are tough.

So what do you do? What do you do when your savings is running out, you have a family depending on you and Christmas is around the corner?

The Internet.

I’ve been making a living on the Net for 5 years. Is it a 6 figure income? Nope. But I’ve never missed a mortgage payment. Renowned Internet Marketer Jim Edwards said it best, I think: If you can make a little from a lot of sources, that’s your ticket.

Sure, there are lots of “gurus” out there touting their latest program and telling you that they make a comfy 6 or 7 figure income working 3 minutes a day.

Don’t believe it.

Being a self-employed Internet marketer is hard work. But worth while. It’ll help you make ends meet.

And making ends meet in this depression — sorry, that’s exactly what it is — will be a daily challenge. I was once chastised by a listener on a 3 Chix teleseminar for saying we were in a recession as long ago as this past March. The Economic Council says the recession started in December 2007 — ah! Sweet vindication!

My good friend Beth Erickson says this: Imperfect action trumps perfect inaction every time. She’s right.

Got bills to pay? Go out and do something about it. If you’re sitting at home wondering how to pay the rent,   get on the Net and start a new career.

Just do something.

And you’ll make ends meet.

Hi All:

No, I don’t mean go out and slap your hard earned dollars down on some frivol (as my friend Adele used to call it).

The gift you need to give yourself is time. And patience. Can’t forget that one.

It’s important to take even just 5 minutes to stop and look around. Let yourself take that extra time getting back to work from lunch and stop by the park. Rushing around is our achilles heel.

Nothing is that important.

Give yourself the gift of time today. Might sounds trite and trivial but aren’t you worth 5 minutes of your time?

Have a good one!
